Djurgarden has won Stockholm's Building of the Year 2026 for its new club house on Kaknäs IP. The project has received praise for its design and adaptation to the site. The architect behind the project is Sweco Architects and the client is Djurgården Elitfotboll AB. The prize in the form of a bronze plaque was awarded by the jury chairman, city planning deputy mayor Jan Valeskog. He described the project as 'a nice little project that has great importance for many sports enthusiasts'.
