Loaning Out Players

Djurgården has confirmed that players Bernard Eide and Hjalmar Fredricson are leaving the club on loan. Eide will join FC Järfälla, while Fredricson will go to FC Arlanda. Both players play in the northern part of the senior league.

Purpose of the Loan

Djurgårdens sports assistant, Albin Ekdal, explains that the players need to play and train in a senior environment to develop. 'Two talented players who need to play and train in a senior environment where both are expected to get plenty of game time this autumn,' says Ekdal.

Previous Loans

This is not the first time Djurgården has loaned out players for experience at the senior level. Previously, Ahmed Saed, Vincent Larsson, and Carl Selfvén have been loaned to FC Stockholm, Enskede IK, and IFK Stocksund. The two newly loaned players, Eide and Fredricson, have the same task as the previous loaned players: to represent Djurgården in the autumn. Additionally, both players have dual registrations, meaning they can play for FC Järfälla and FC Arlanda, and still represent Djurgården in the autumn.
